Our Services

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

At St. Jude Heritage Medical Group, we are experts in relieving pain and helping patients regain function lost to disease, injury or chronic condition. Our board certified physician combines expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation, electrodiagnostic medicine, and pain medicine to help patients regain maximum function and quality of life.

Through a wide range of non-surgical interventions, we help patients increase their independence and well-being. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to offer a comprehensive array of therapies and treatment options, while our commitment to treating the whole person—and not just a specific problem—allows us to create the best possible outcomes.

Specialized Services

Finding the problem

In addition to a full range of advanced imaging options, we offer electrodiagnostic studies to evaluate nerve and muscle function. In fact, St. Jude Heritage Medical Group is one of Southern California’s only multispecialty physician groups to offer expertise in electrodiagnostic medicine.

Electrodiagnostic studies, such as EMG and nerve conduction, are particularly helpful in diagnosing damaged nerves or muscle diseases, including movement or nerve disorders, myopathies, as well as carpal tunnel and other entrapment neuropathies. Our electrodiagnostic lab offers patients the convenience of having testing and evaluation done onsite.

Multidisciplinary team

If needed, our treatment plans can also include any of the dozens of specialties and services within St. Jude Heritage Medical Group, allowing us to create an unusually innovative and comprehensive approach to our patient’s well-being. This multidisciplinary approach may include assistance from anesthesia pain medicine specialists, rheumatologists, gastroenterologists, orthopaedic surgeons, pulmonologists, cardiologists, internal medicine physicians, family practice physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and psychologists.
